I was born in Winnipeg and the whole family moved to Vancouver when I was 9. Spent my time growing up playing every sport and on the stage. Upon graduation, I traveled extensively in the South Pacific. Once I returned home, I started a company in the construction business doing insurance restoration gaining extensive knowledge in homes!!
I took time out to get a Diploma in the Arts in NYC and having an the amazing opportunity to do theatre on the New York stage. I came back to Canada to take on the project of building the largest private Indoor horse riding arena in Western Canada. Then relocated back to Vancouver to assist in the opening of the Opus Hotel in September 2002.
My love for homes and people lead me to becoming a realtor in 2003. Since then I have had the opportunity to assist and guide in over 600 transactions.
In 2016, I had the fortune of being a part of Oakwyn Realty Downtown Ltd., joining the leadership team to assist and guide agents towards success. It is an incredible honour to take all of my years of experience to share with each realtor on their way path.
My knowledge base is extensive and deep to provide the important resources when selling or purchasing a home. I am here to provide the knowledge for you to make an educated decision that best suits your personal needs.
I BELIEVE IN:
- Treating people with respect.
- Being able to adapt and change.
- Having fun and not take life to serious.
- Listening without judgement.
- Provide sound advise.
Since 2005, I have lived in 12 places. Some flips, some renovations and some “down to the studs”, meaning, I know real estate. I have lived in New York, Yaletown, Douglas Park, Olympic Village, White Rock and North Vancouver which allows me to have intimate knowledge of the area.
When not working I am at home with my wife and son. Usually have a hammer or a paint brush in hand.
I love life and look forward to being able to share any and all of this with you.
